Experience
May Al-Dabbagh is a Research Fellow at the Dubai School of Government (DSG) and faculty advisor for the Women and Leadership Development Program. Her primary area of interest is gender and public policy with a particular focus on countries of the Gulf Cooperative Council. Dr. Al-Dabbagh earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Oxford for her doctoral thesis entitled "Working Women in Saudi Arabia: A Study of Stress and Well-Being." Her interdisciplinary thesis examined the psychological dynamics of work-related stress among women in the developing context of Saudi society. Dr. Al-Dabbagh earned her B.A. degree from Harvard University where she graduated in 1999 magna cum laude in Psychology.
